Current Phase Development:
At this stage of the South Suez Project D176, the concrete structure works have been successfully completed. This includes finishing all the foundations, columns, concrete walls, and the core structural elements of the building. With the concrete structure now completed, the building is ready for the upcoming phases, including interior finishing works and specialized installations.
This phase is a critical step that ensures the building’s stability and strength, allowing the project to continue on schedule. The engineering team is now moving on to the next phase, which involves interior finishes such as wall cladding, electrical systems, and plumbing installations, preparing for the final handover of the project in December 2025.
